The 2.5% fee is calculated based on the total value of the tickets that our system detects as being sold on the secondary market. You only pay when we successfully identify unauthorized resales.
How do the tiered royalties work?
Teams and venues can set tiered royalties on secondary sales that increase with higher markups. These royalties go directly to the teams/venues, not to SolPass. Our fee remains a flat 2.5% regardless of the royalty structure implemented.
Is there a minimum monthly charge?
No, there are no minimum monthly charges. You only pay for what you use, based on the secondary market sales we detect.
Are there any setup or integration fees?
No, there are no setup or integration fees. Our team will work with you to integrate SolPass with your existing ticketing system at no additional cost.
